Breakfast sausage paddies

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground Simerville Farm raised pork
  • 20g of Breakfast sausage spice mix

Directions

  1. Mix ground Simerville farm raised pork with 20g (about 1 tablespoon) of breakfast sausage spice mix.
  2. Form ground pork and spice mix into paddies or fill sausage casings.
  3. Fully cook paddies or sausages using a medium heat to avoid burning.
  4. Enjoy.
