What can I say other than, yes you really can taste the difference.  We raise our chickens on a diet of mixed grains and forage to ensure that they grow up to be as plump and delicious as possible.  These little guys and girls get to run about all day long and that really helps develop nice strong muscles and a wonderful layer of fat that really packs a flavourful punch.

We sell our chickens by the dressed weight and generally they weight in the range of 4.5 to 5.5 pounds.  The list price of $5 here is for the deposit (non-refundable) the balance is due on pickup and is calculated at $4.50 per pound.
